[LDAP-interop] AD to openldap migration

Hello all

I am currently doing an AD (+exchange) to openLDAP migration.
The OS is debian 3.1. I will be using openLDAP, samba3 and kerberos5.
Little users (~50), 1 site. Need to keep logon scripts, user passwd.
Later on, cyrus imapd will come with those same users, yadi yada.

I am looking for docs/pointers/suggestions concerning such a
migration. I am quite new to this whole world (but not linux), so help
is much needed.
